All sales are final and nonrefundable except for one time size exchange

Size Exchanges only

Size exchanges are a ONE TIME PER CUSTOMER courtesy for size exchanges only.  We do not offer exchanges for different colors or different styles.

Our policy lasts 3 days from the time you receive your item. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item MUST be unused and in the SAME CONDITION that you received it.  You may try it on, but please make sure your skin is free of lotions, creams, or oils, as they will affect the condition of the waist trainer.  If your waist trainer that you are returning is not in same condition, we will return your original order back to you, and we cannot complete the exchange.  It must also be in the original packaging.

IF YOU DON'T WANT THE HASSLE OF EXCHANGING YOUR PRODUCT AND TO AVOID THE EXCHANGE FEE (ex.- item too small now but could possible fit in the near future), YOU HAVE THE OPTION OF KEEPING YOUR PRODUCT, AND WE CAN GENERATE YOU A ONE TIME 30% DISCOUNT TO PURCHASE ANOTHER SIZE AND KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER.  PLEASE EMAIL US [email protected] FOR THE CODE.  THANK YOU!

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
